Lighting Designer and Bullfrog

Professional info

Seeking opportunities to design and collaborate worldwide, using my skills as a lighting designer, manager, and director.  I bring a strong attention to detail and experience in production management, scheduling, and budgeting, with strong negotiation skills, small to multi-million dollar RFP creation and response, and a dedication to personnel and personal development training, advancement and safety.

I have experience managing lighting projects and scopes over $10,000,000, in the United States and mainland China and have worked with mainland Chinese and US domestic vendors, general contractors and specialty labor teams.

I feel that the best managers and leaders make the work of their team and project easier; removing blocking issues while developing and enhancing both their team's skills and aptitudes alongside their own. I do not let a project fail or fall behind and will jump into any capacity to help the team, other teams and the overall production and project elements meet their best possible outcomes.  I have a high motor and skill for document reviews, risk reporting, risk mitigation planning and maintaining open communications to his team, across disciplines, and upwardly.  I bring award-winning results with strong attention to detail, education and training. I find staff and workflow improvements through professional and collaborative management with a dedicated work ethic to see any project or series of projects through to critical, audience and business success.
